Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.

3. Products

The products offered are exclusively physical goods:

  • CDs
  • Vinyl records
  • Merchandise (textiles, accessories, etc.)

Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. No digital content is sold through the website.

4. Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.
In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed and may receive a refund.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in CHF and USD.

They:

  • May be changed at any time
  • Are valid at the time of order
  • Do not include shipping costs

Customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may be required by the destination country’s authorities. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Orders

Any order is validated after:

7. Payment

8. Delivery

Products are shipped from Switzerland (La Sarraz).

Estimated delivery times:

These delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

9. Transfer of Risk

The transfer of risk occurs when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon receipt.

10. Customs, Taxes & Importation

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to:

  • Administrative fees

These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

11. Withdrawal Right

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
